Ordering a System for your Club

Our ordering process is relatively informal.

We normally provide a quotation by email, detailing exactly what will be provided and how we arrive at the total that will be payable.

We accept orders by email from any one of a club's principal officers. We do not require any form of advance payment, but we supply on the understanding that payment will be made promptly by bank transfer or cheque following delivery.

We usually have equipment in stock in Maidenhead, which means for most orders we're able to despatch within 2-3 days. If the order includes a laptop, the setup will usually add a day. Our couriers will normally deliver within two days of the system leaving our premises.

We're able to supply laptops with screen sizes varying from 14" to 17", in all cases supplied 'bridge-ready', i.e. with Bridgemate software, drivers and the club's choice of scoring software installed and configured. This is a volatile market, with prices quoted on request but, as a guide, recently-supplied 15.6" models have started at £360 including VAT.

The following table provides VAT-inclusive prices for some sample systems, using Bridgemate III, new and refurbished Bridgemate II respectively. The Bridgemate III systems include a charging case and the number of storage trays appropriate to the size of system.
